Global Controller Administration Policy (GCAP)

This policy comes into force at 0001 UTC on 01 March 2024, superseding the Global Ratings Policy.

The VATSIM Global Controller Administration Policy (GCAP)'s purpose is to define access to Air Traffic Control positions for VATSIM account holders and to maintain a standard of quality Air Traffic Control service.

This policy was approved by the Board of Governors on the 1st of September 2023. GCAP implementation starts on the 14th of September 2023.
