VATSIM - Code of Regulations

THIS CODE OF REGULATIONS hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations” is adopted by the Founders of the Virtual Air Traffic Simulation Network, hereinafter referred to as “VATSIM.net” this 27th day of July, 2001 VATSIM.net is an organization founded to provide the worldwide flight simulation community with structured air traffic control services via the internet by utilizing the ProController© and Squawkbox© software programs (including their subsequent revisions and iterations); and WHEREAS VATSIM.net wishes to formally structure its organization and operations; NOW THEREFORE, the Founders of VATSIM.net do hereby enact the following Code of Regulations.
